Healing Gong Bath
This free offering features the healing gong for 40 minutes and a 10-minute breath meditation. Gather your family and loved ones together and take one hour to fully relax. The gong is a powerful healing instrument that calms the mind, relaxes the body, reduces stress, balances the glandular system, and helps to restore a sense of well-being.
